1. Services Provided

Luve2 is a technology-based service platform that connects users with social media marketing (SMM) solutions. We do not provide educational, academic, or training services; therefore, our operations are not governed by KHDA regulations.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Luve2.
By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Payments

All payments must be made in advance before placing an order.
If you are on a subscription or installment plan, you are legally obligated to pay all installments on time until the plan is fully settled.
Failure to pay installments may result in suspension of your account and legal action for recovery.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be provided once an order has been placed and processed.
Orders placed with incorrect information (e.g., wrong links or usernames) are the responsibility of the client and are not eligible for refunds.
Subscription/contract services are locked for 3–6 months (as per plan). Early cancellations are not permitted.

5. Service Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the selected service or third-party providers.
Luve2 will not be responsible for delays, downtime, or unexpected platform changes caused by external platforms (e.g., social networks, payment gateways).

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Luve2 for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
You agree not to place duplicate or overlapping orders that may interfere with service delivery.

7. Compliance

Luve2 complies with applicable UAE e-commerce and VARA regulations.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their country when using our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luve2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Use of our services is at your own risk.

9. Amendments

Luve2 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where the order has not started and Luve2 cannot deliver the service. In such cases, a credit balance may be added to your account for future use.
